Dumpster Brothers LLC shall not be held liable for any actual or perceived damage to private or public property resulting from the delivery, placement, or removal of any dumpster. This includes, but is not limited to, driveways (including cracks, stains, or surface wear), sidewalks, curbs, lawns, landscaping, sprinkler systems, fences, gates, pavers, irrigation systems, mailboxes, underground utilities, tree roots, or overhead branches.

Due to the substantial weight of roll-off dumpsters and the nature of heavy equipment operation, there is an inherent risk of property damage, even under careful placement. While our team makes every reasonable effort to minimize impact, Dumpster Brothers LLC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that property will remain undamaged during service operations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• All delivery areas are clear of obstructions, vehicles, and hazards;

• The surface is capable of supporting the weight of the dumpster and delivery truck;

• All necessary approvals or permissions from HOAs, property managers, or local government entities are obtained in advance;

• The requested placement location is safe, lawful, and approved by all relevant authorities.

Dumpster Brothers LLC will not position dumpsters in areas deemed unsafe by our driver. Additionally, the customer assumes full responsibility for any citations, fines, penalties, repair costs, or legal claims arising from the placement or use of the dumpster, including violations of HOA rules, municipal codes, easement restrictions, or environmental regulations.

By ordering a dumpster, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dumpster Brothers LLC, its agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to property damage, personal injury, or regulatory action resulting from the dumpster delivery, placement, rental, or removal.
